Abstract

Introduction: logistics is the life blood of military missions; successful planner is that calculates the importance of logistics before any task.

 

Methods: systemic review of the world which concerns this subject.

 

Results: further complicating during operations in the desert, where more than the need for water, food, medicine and weapons appropriate despite the difficulty of movement and lack of resources before any task professional strategic planning must understand the difficulties, solutions and the search for alternative solutions to reduce the risks.

 

Conclusion: medicines and medical equipment need special handling by the service provider in desert, therefore operations must be the training well to provide appropriate support in very difficult circumstances.
